WHAT is Holistic Training
By Holistic Training we mean all those activities that aim to achieve balance and well-being on a psycho-physical level.
This includes Yoga, Pilates, Hammock Fitness and, in general, all those disciplines that aim at improving quality such as posture, joint mobility, proprioception and balance, but which also allow you to relax and at the same time improve concentration and lucidity, bringing tangible benefits in everyday life.
These activities are mainly carried out free body, or with the help of a few simple tools that allow you to increase the possibilities of training or even just the convenience and comfort during execution.
Being activities often carried out on the ground, in setting up holistic training areas it is particularly important to choose the most suitable flooring or even just the mat on which the exercises will be performed.
Exercises and circuits that exploit the user’s body weight (with or without overloads) to develop a personalized and extremely versatile suspension work, with particular reference to the most representative tool of this discipline, namely the Flying cod. 2092.
High-quality tatami for combat sports such as judo, taekwondo, kickboxing, and karate. Suitable also for fitness and functional exercises on the ground. Our tatami is available with a thickness of 2 cm and 4 cm and in different colors: red-blue, red-grey, and light wood print-black.
To equip an area dedicated to holistic training, the training structures do not play a fundamental role, except in specific cases, such as Hammock Fitness and in general the holistic disciplines in suspension, where on the contrary they are indispensable.
As for Yoga or Pilates classes, for example, it is sufficient to have a large enough space to accommodate all the participants in the class.
Certainly more useful in this sense, however, can be an adequate storage solution for the material necessary for this type of activity (mats, balls and specific accessories).
