STRENGTH TRAINING AND PHYSICAL CONDITIONING
Muscle strengthening can have different purposes, which can range from physical conditioning from a sporting point of view to purely aesthetic conditioning linked to hypertrophy and physical culture. Over the years this branch of training, predominant in traditional gyms but still an essential part in any sports center, has undergone many changes both in terms of approach techniques and the equipment and organization of the available spaces.
In this sense, an area dedicated to strength training cannot ignore one or more stations dedicated to weightlifting and, in general, to training with the barbell, which translates into a series of elements such as Power Rack, technical flooring and all related accessories (rockers, bumpers, disc stops, etc.).
However, new and increasingly innovative tools have been added to these elements. On the one hand, tools have been studied that can make the execution of exercises that are otherwise particularly complicated to organize more comfortable, as in the case of the GHD or the Hip Thrust Platform Bench. On the other hand, tools that combine the concepts of Functional Training (global movement, multi-planar) at high loads and specifically aimed at the development of Strength and Power have also become increasingly widespread. This is the case, for example, with the heavyweight Clave, Macebell, Strongman Ball and Kettlebell.
Professional tools, supports and technical flooring for setting up areas dedicated to weight lifting, including racks, barbells, bumper plates, disc stops and other accessories.
Equipment designed specifically for the execution of exercises aimed at strengthening the thighs, buttocks, abdominals and core.
STRONG FITNESS TRAINING
Tools with unique characteristics and even heavy weights, which allow you to take advantage of functional training techniques to improve strength and power, but also coordination, mobility and strengthening of grip.
Barbells with particular characteristics or shapes, which allow you to train specific muscle groups in a specific way.
A definitely important and functional role within a training area dedicated to Strength and Conditioning is played by the structure.
The need in this case is specifically linked to two needs: to provide comfortable and safe supports for training with the barbell (and not only) and to better organize the available spaces, also through equipment storage solutions.
In this sense, a particularly suitable solution is certainly the Rack Station: fully customizable as regards dimensions and accessories, these tubular structures have the Power Cage Rack cod. 9095, to which additional components are fixed useful for training with the barbell but also in suspension.
The Rack Stations can be composed in a customized way, adding the racks and the single components, but they are also available in preconfigured versions of various sizes: the Rack Station Packs.
