The tile base, made of recycled rubber granules, 10 mm thick + 15mm of foam rubber recycled, gives stability and a high capacity to absorb shocks. The synthetic grass, long and thick pile, thickness 25 mm, is very comfortable and able to cover almost completely the joints.

ECOGYM GARDEN
As part of implementation of areas devoted to functional training, athletic preparation, free-body exercises and games, the use of synthetic grass is particularly widespread, also for reasons of undoubted aesthetic impact. EcoGym Garden Public was born in order to match this solution with the need of a surface capable of cushioning the possible fall of people and weights (kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, etc..). The new model uses the same agglomerate of rubber granules, 10 mm thick, as EcoGym, code 9201, coupled with a 25 mm thick synthetic grass surface and a substrate of foam rubber of 15mm. This solution makes it possible to obtain a comfortable, soft grass surface that is particularly pleasant to the touch, suitable not only for floor work, especially in contact between synthetic grass and skin, but also for weight training. In fact, the new rubber base guarantees excellent stability and has greatly improved the ability to keep the joints intact. Dynamic exercises, such as sprints for example, or high friction activities on the surface, sleds, are not recommended, even if the new EcoGym Garden appears to be resistant and firm.
EcoGym Garden is produced without the use of dangerous substances ref. CEE 76/769 and without the use of adhesives containing formaldehyde ref. EN 717/1 and it respects the EN 1177 norms for Public area flooring. It can be laid both indoors and outdoors as it was created for outdoor use.
The tiles measure 975 x 975 mm, the interlocking assembly and the trimming of the joints involve a dimensional loss. For information only, to calculate the number of tiles required, 20% can be added to the sq.m. of the area: e.g. 30 sq.m. + 20% = 36 tiles.
As far as cleaning is concerned, it is necessary to have a carpet vacuum cleaner; use it insistently after laying, when the quantity of grass detached blades is greater. The tiles can be laid freely, it is not necessary to use adhesive glue, but you need to pay attention to the orientation of the grass blades.
