FLUXO: a rediscovery of Movement in the open air

More than Move”: FLUXO is an innovative training concept, that encourage the movement in the open air with the objective of improving the psycho-physical condition of the participants and, consequently, the quality of life of the individuals and of the community.

Set in wonderful ambiences like the Parco Clementino in Santarcangelo di Romagna or the green area near the Tiberio Bridge in Rimini, this project intends to lead the participants to a rediscovery of their own body and of their possibilities of movement. This is possible under the guidance of specialized trainers, who can provide a support based on their specific skills and competence.

The proposed activities include yoga, functional training, capoeira, joint mobility, calisthenics and much more, with training sessions accessible to whoever wants to participate, regardless of age or athletic preparation. Thanks to a division in 3 different levels of intensity, this format is indeed open to people from 6 to 80 years old, with no restraints for what concerns the degree of preparation.

This inclusiveness is also reflected by the organization of other events besides the physical activities, like seminars, meetings and extra-lessons concerning not only sport but also culture.

The FLUXO project is surely a positive case of collective invitation to movement and to rediscover the open-air activities, and this is reflected by the thousands of people that every summer decide to sign up and to reach the parks for some healthy physical activity.
