TOTAL-CORE PIN
The Total-Core Pin, also called Barbell Landmine, is a heavy metal plate equipped with a multi-directional swivel where it is possible to insert a barbell or a bar as a pivot for the execution of multi-planar exercises, pulling and rotational movements. Great for building grip and forearm strength, this tool assists in engaging all muscle districts, with particular reference to the core (hence the name). It is particularly helpful to perform a wide range of standing free-body exercises and workouts, where it is necessary to adopt a correct and functional activation of the core.
The multi-directional swivel is equipped with two cylinders: one with a diameter of 51 mm, compatible with Olympic barbells, and one with a diameter of 29 mm, comaptible with barbells with smaller loading sleeves and with bars with similar diameter. The Total-Core Pin can be used indeed in combination with bars and barbells of different lengths and weights: it is suitable for Lightweight Aluminum Barbells (7 Kg) up to Olympic Barbells such as the Training model code 9015/8 (20 Kg). This versatility allows meeting the most varied training needs.
The Total-Core Pin can be used for all types of athletes and for a wide range of exercises in which it is essential to increase or adjust the weight significantly. Further weight variations are also possible by loading the free sleeve of the barbell with plates.
The tool is simple, effective, and practical. Effective because it is equipped with a robust and fluid joint mounted on a stable and rubberized plate that does not move on the floor. Practical because thanks to the handle, it is easy to lift and position.
The Total-Core Pin can be combined with the V-Handle code 9029/1 so as to have a wider grip to perform exercises such as rows.
The Total-Core Pin can be combined:
Base size: 480 x 440 mm
Base weight: 19,5 kg
Cylinders diameter: 29 – 51 mm
