CORK BALL – Massage Ball Ø 6.5 cm

The code 1274 is the cork version of the Hard Massage Ball code 1275. The ball, with a diameter of 6.5 cm, has been specially designed for self-massage exercises and muscle relaxation.

For the Cork Ball, the same principles apply as for the Cork Roller code 2499: it is indeed advisable to combine these two tools for a complete workout. The pressure of the body weight on the ball, or the roller, determines the compression of the so-called trigger points, irritable and painful muscle knots, from which muscle hypertension can derive. According to the theories of mechanical treatment through massage, the compression of these knots can trigger one of the primary sources of pain and root of muscle hypertension. Hard Massage Ball and Massage Roller find application in activities aimed at improving muscle function, joint mobility, and activities to improve the functional efficiency and well-being of the body.
