The PU Super Pump Kit cod. 1130 is the best quality choice for commercial gyms that see a high frequency of use. The polyurethane, finishing the discs, indeed offers greater resistance to shocks and engravings compared to rubber, vinyl, and neoprene. The barbell, cod. 1660, is made of steel, length 1.32 m, central rubber grip diameter 35 mm, chrome disc ports diameter 28 mm, weight 2 kg. The kit is finally characterized by the collars cod. 1657, made of loaded plastic, very effective in locking the discs, but above all practical compared to traditional clip springs, which can be difficult to expand and insert on the barbell, especially for female users.

The 1134/1 Pump Rack Large Kit features more widely spaced plates holder, allowing the 28 mm Super Pump plates in PU (cod. 0040-0042) to be inserted without them touching. This feature improves disk organization and protection, making the product more functional and practical for everyday use.

THE PUMP TRAINING
Pump training is a form of fitness training focused on increasing muscle endurance and toning the body through the use of “light” weights and a high number of repetitions. This type of training, of which Super Pump is a method, aims to engage all the major muscle groups in a session, combining weightlifting exercises with aerobic-inspired movements for a comprehensive workout that improves both strength and cardiovascular endurance. During a typical pump training class, participants choose weights based on their abilities and the type of exercise, performing sets to the rhythm of motivating music. The instructor leads the class by demonstrating the exercises, performed in quick succession at high intensity. The goal is to promote general health and well-being through a fun, high-impact metabolic strength-resistance workout.
Being equipped with grips, the 0040-0042 plates can also be used without a barbell, thus increasing the range of possible exercises.
