The polyurethane, finishing the discs, indeed offers greater resistance to shocks and engravings compared to rubber, vinyl, and neoprene. The barbell, cod. 1660, is made of steel, length 1.32 m, central rubber grip diameter 35 mm, chrome disc ports diameter 28 mm, weight 2 kg. THE PUMP TRAINING
Pump training is a form of fitness training focused on increasing muscle endurance and toning the body through the use of “light” weights and a high number of repetitions. This type of training, of which Super Pump is a method, aims to engage all the major muscle groups in a session, combining weightlifting exercises with aerobic-inspired movements for a comprehensive workout that improves both strength and cardiovascular endurance.
