FIT TUBE PRO

The Fit Tube Pro is a tubular elastic with a protective sock and a rigid plastic handle covered with neoprene, which is connected to the tubular with the help of a tape. The three resistance levels can be distinguished by the different tone of grey of the protective sock that covers the elastic tube (the darker the more resitant).

The protective sock, or protective sheath, guarantees a higher level of safety and an important protection for the elastic from exposure to light and also potentially sharp objects. In fact, light and air accelerate the “evaporation” of the elasticizing additives of which the rubber compound of the tubular is composed, resulting in a rapid loss of elasticity and consequent breakage. Shoes, rings, objects with which the elastic can come into contact while it is under tension, can also cause it to be cut abruptly.

The length, 150 cm, compared to the standard 120 cm, allows greater freedom of use and execution of exercises. By stepping onto the elastic, it is possible to determine its length with great practicality and safety due to the protective sock.

For these reasons, the Fit Tube Pro are useful for training arms, shoulders, back, and are particularly suitable for group lessons, outdoor training or used for functional recovery, especially of the upper limbs and frequently for resolving subacromial inpingment syndrome, a shoulder disease particularly common among athletes.
