0095 Professional Folding Pilates Reformer in Solid Wood | Sidea

The 0095 Pilates Reformer fully embodies the Sidea philosophy: designing reliable professional equipment with meticulous attention to construction details, delivering the ideal balance of quality, functionality, and value.

Designed for Pilates studios, fitness centers, personal training facilities, and home gyms, the 0095 Reformer combines a sturdy solid Hevea wood frame with a protective finish and a precise, smooth-running mechanism engineered to ensure quiet carriage movement, excellent stability, and outstanding performance during every exercise.

One of the model’s key features is its quick-folding system, which allows the Reformer to be folded easily for reduced storage space. The four integrated transport wheels make it easy to move, making it an excellent solution for studios that need to optimize space without compromising on professional-grade equipment.

The Foot Bar, adjustable to 7 positions, features a robust stainless steel mechanism that ensures precision, reliability, and long-lasting durability. The carriage is upholstered in dark gray microfiber synthetic leather with high-density foam padding, providing exceptional comfort, wear resistance, and easy maintenance.

The resistance system includes 6 interchangeable springs, allowing users to precisely adjust the workload according to the exercise, the user’s level, and training objectives:

• 2 light-resistance springs, RM ≈ 8–10 kg, green
• 2 medium-resistance springs, RM ≈ 12–15 kg, yellow
• 2 high-resistance springs, RM ≈ 30–35 kg, red

The standard configuration makes the Reformer immediately ready for a complete Pilates Reformer workout, helping develop joint mobility, motor control, core stability, strength, balance, and coordination.
