The Wall Bars 9101, also known as Stall Bars in the American context, is a 14-rung Swedish wall bar that combines painted metal uprights with beech wood rungs. The “Pro” suffix denotes an advanced version compared to traditional all-wood models.
To ensure high-quality standards, especially for professional use, our wooden models, such as the 9100 and 9099, are fully assembled in the factory. This artisanal process guarantees precise fits and bonds but requires the product to be transported as a single unit, leading to higher costs, positioning challenges, and increased risk of damage.
With the Wall Bars 9101, we have developed a high-quality wall bar that retains the finely finished oval rungs while allowing on-site assembly without compromising structural strength. The metal uprights, crafted with laser technology, ensure safe and sturdy assembly directly at the user’s location.
Installation Guidelines and Precautions:
- To facilitate transport and positioning, the wall bar is delivered with its main components disassembled. The assembly process is simple and intuitive, allowing for quick and secure installation.
- Wall mounting, although straightforward, must be carried out by a professional technician who will assess the wall type, condition, and most importantly, its thickness to determine the required anchor length. Generally, four anchors with M10 screws (100 mm + additional length for wall anchoring) can be used. The anchors must support a load of 300 kg for the upper fixings and 150 kg for the lower fixings.
- Anchors are not included with the 9101 model.
- The 9101 wall bar does not require L-brackets for installation, as the uprights are pre-drilled to accommodate wall anchors.
- Floor support: It is essential that the base of the wall bar rests on the floor so that the wall anchors function primarily as anti-tilt supports rather than bearing the entire weight of the equipment and user.
