The 9099 Wall Bar is a single-span wall bar with 9 round rungs, featuring an extended top rung. This design, reinforced with metal inserts within the wood, optimizes suspension exercises such as pull-ups or movements with the Flying (Code 2092). The rungs, with a diameter of 38 mm, are intentionally less ergonomic to make grip training more challenging and effective.
The wall bar’s quality is ensured by the use of European white ash for the frame and kiln-dried beechwood for the rungs. The combination of high-quality materials and craftsmanship makes this versatile equipment a stylish piece of furniture.
To maintain high-quality standards, particularly for professional use, wooden wall bars like the 9100 and 9099 are fully assembled in the factory. This artisanal process guarantees precise joints and gluing but requires the product to be transported as a single unit, which can result in higher costs, placement challenges, and increased risk of damage.
Installation Guidelines and Precautions:
- The wall bar is delivered as a single unit. Wall mounting, although straightforward, must be carried out by a professional technician who will assess the wall type, its condition, and most importantly, its thickness to determine the appropriate dowel length. Generally, we recommend the use of FISCHER SXRL10x230 F US dowels. The dowel must support a load of 300 kg for the upper fixings and 150 kg for the lower fixings.
- Dowels are not included with the 9099 model.
- The 9099 wall bar is designed to accommodate four dowels without requiring L-brackets.
- Floor support: It is essential that the base of the wall bar rests on the floor so that the wall anchors function primarily as anti-tilt supports rather than bearing the full weight of the equipment and user.
