The Vertical Lat Bar, with a diameter of 33 mm and a total length of 1190 mm, is perfect for performing pull-ups. The bar can also be useful to attach elastics (like Power Loops Elastics cod. 0513-0518) or suspension training tools (like the Flying cod. 2092 or the Rings cod. 2088, 2088/1, and 2089).
