T-Bell Handle – Loadable T-Grip
Designed for the Deficit Sumo Squat (Straddle Lifts) for gluteal training, it is actually a versatile narrow grip that can be used for several exercises; squats, side lunges and deadlifts in their different variations, Romanian Deadlifts above all, through to rowing and pulling exercises for the back and shoulders.
The T-Bell Handle 9011 is a narrow grip (15 cm), mainly characterised by large-diameter (34 mm) rubberized rotating handles. These large, rubberized, high-grip handles were adopted to ensure the best grip comfort, especially by reducing possible pain on the palm, the so-called ‘cutting grip’. Exercises such as the Deficit Sumo Squat can in fact involve the use of high loads and a comfortable grip is a very important aspect for this type of equipment.
The handle is loadable by inserting 50mm bore plates into the load pin, hence the name T-Bell Handle. This load pin has in turn a plate holder, adjustment holes and a stop pin with quick release, so that the handle can be easily positioned at different heights.
All types of plates with a 50 mm hole can be used on the T-Bell Handle, but for space reasons, determined by the external diameter of the plate, we recommend weights below 10 kg.
