EASY GYM ROPE
The Easy Gym Rope is a sturdy rope designed for functional training, also known as a “naval rope” or “battle rope.”
It differs from the cod. 1710 Gym Rope due to its smaller size and lighter weight, featuring a total length of 10 m, a diameter of 38 mm, and a weight of 8 kg.
This makes it particularly suitable for those approaching Gym Rope Training for the first time—especially in terms of grip strength, which is facilitated by the smaller 38 mm diameter compared to the 50 mm of the Gym Rope cod. 1710.
It is a single rope, designed to be looped through an anchor point (such as cod. 9062/1 Universal Wall Anchor), resulting in two 5 m working arms.
Among the most appealing tools in the world of Functional Training, Gym Ropes—when skillfully handled—become a perfect instrument for full-body conditioning. Incorporating this tool into gym workouts is undoubtedly a great aid in improving grip strength.
Having a strong and secure grip is essential when handling any external object, whether in sports (tennis, golf, baseball, fencing, sport climbing, throwing sports, combat sports, etc.) or in daily life. Training with the Gym Rope is one of the most effective ways to strengthen this capability.
Moreover, performing high-speed movements with a moderate load (the weight of the battle rope itself) leads to a rapid increase in workout intensity. This makes it an ideal tool for time-based interval circuits (Interval Training), serving as one of the stations with the highest aerobic (cardiovascular) and anaerobic (muscle-lactate) intensity.
