This component is a basic and fundamental part of the Outrace Tower system: the “Arm” is the extension of the tower itself that creates the suspension working stations.
It can be placed on any of the four sides of the Tower pillar, and in any combination. You can place for example 1 arm on one side only, leaving the rest of the tower free for other movables such as Ball Trampoline, Barbell Lever, Plyoboard etc.
Alternatively, you could install 2 arms on each side, 3 arms, or even 4 arms on the same Tower.
The arms have 3 different configurations: HH (Hook-Hook), LL (Lat Bar – Lat Bar), HL (Hook- Lat Bar).
This configuration is the HH (Hook-Hook),, which is equipped with 2 Lat bars, thus creating 2 suspension stations for all kind of pullup exercises.
