The 9095/28 Plyoboard for 9095 is an optional extra to the Power Cage Rack and RackStation. It is a 40x40cm platform designed for performing plyometric exercises. It consists of a steel structure that guarantees high stability.

It is an easily removable accessory and can be installed at the front or side of the rack. Before positioning it on the rack upright, the direction must be chosen and the screws tightened.

Mounting the 9095/27 Dips for 9095 on a 9095 Power Cage Rack requires the latter to be fixed to the floor.
