FULL OPTIONAL PACK – Complete Configuration of the Rack 9088 All-in-One Premium

The FULL OPTIONAL configuration represents the most complete level of the Rack 9088 All-in-One Premium, designed to offer the maximum training potential in strength & conditioning.

The configuration can be further equipped according to the user’s specific technical needs.

Some suggestions:

• Plate set for the Multipower, for example: 9040/1K100 Black Rubber Bumper 100 Kg Kit, opting for bumper plates if you intend to use them (with an additional free barbell) also for weightlifting and powerlifting exercises (snatch, clean & jerk, deadlift) where controlled dropping of the load on the floor is expected. The 0404 Drop Mats are very useful in these situations.
• Plate set for the Multipower, with grips, for easier and faster handling of the plates during loading/unloading. For example: 9030/3-9035/3 Rubber Plates or the premium 9030-9036 PU Plate line.
• Free barbells. The FULL OPTIONAL package features 9088/8 Roller J-Hooks, 9088/9 Safety Spotters, and 9088/10 Bar Holder, which implies the use, in addition to the Multipower’s barbell, of free barbells for non-guided exercises. For example, the men’s Olympic barbells 9015/4, 9015/4c, and/or the women’s 9015/5, with the possible addition of an EZ curl bar, like the 9027 and its corresponding 9016/1 collars.
• To take full advantage of the Rack 9088’s functionalities, pairing it with a professional bench is recommended: 9020 Flat Bench or 9025 Adjustable Bench.
• Dumbbells represent another fundamental tool in physical preparation. We recommend, for effectiveness and compact size, the 8900/32K NÜOBELL® 232 KIT solution.
• Flooring; 9201P EcoGym Premium 1 cm is the recommended flooring for an area dedicated to strength & conditioning training.
• (Impertinent) but useful advice: do not neglect the posterior chain.
