PU Plate with symmetrical handgrip. Weight plates with handles and internal rounded metal core ring for barbells with a diameter of 50 mm. The grips are comfortable and symmetrical, allowing you to use the plate also individually (without a barbell) for exercises with one or two hands.
Grips allow users to gain control and stability when lifting. The symmetrical handles facilitate athletes to perform a range of compound and isolated movements without a barbell.
