PARALLETTES
Pair of fixed mini parallels for multi-joint exercises. Parallettes can be easily underestimated, but they are incredibly useful in athletic preparation and functional fitness. They can be used in the composition of circuits. These tools guarantee the best stability. The mini parallel bars are entirely manufactured in metal, without rubber feet.
The grip tube is 34 mm diameter (34.5 painted), a measure that represents the best compromise between an adequate narrow grip and a less painful wide grip. To have a reference, remember that the Olympic barbells have a 28 mm diameter bar. For these reasons, the mini parallel bars 9018 and 9018/1 are also useful for calisthenics gymnastics exercises. The 9018/1, Mini Push-Up bars are 35 cm high and suitable for introducing vertical exercises such as handstand push-ups. Other exercises you can perform with Parallettes are l-sits, planches, strengthening forearms, core, and legs. Suitable for beginners and seasoned athletes.
