The Sidea Adjustable Kettlebell cod. 2187 is an ideal solution for home training, personal training studios, and all those physical preparation contexts where it is not possible to have a complete set of kettlebells. Thanks to the different weight configurations available, the 2187 allows you to have 19 different load levels with a single tool.

This compact, easily transportable, and space-saving solution owes its versatility both to the ability to adapt the load to different training needs – type of exercises, user’s athletic level, and progressive training – and to the Competition-style handle, which offers greater grip freedom, particularly for two-handed use. The two-handed grip significantly expands the possibilities for using the kettlebell, especially in exercises dedicated to the lower body, such as goblet squats, pistol squats, deadlifts, lunges, and walking lunges, to name a few. These are inevitably total-body exercises that require significantly different loads compared to overhead pushing or pulling exercises. For example, a user who performs a kettlebell press with 12 kg can perform a goblet squat with 32 kg, demonstrating how a 12–32 kg adjustable kettlebell offers a range of weights that is genuinely usable by a wide variety of users.

2187 identifies a kit consisting of a 12 kg kettlebell and 7 custom discs to be inserted inside it, designed to allow manual weight adjustment from 12 to 32 kg, achievable through different combinations of discs (19 selectable weights, with 1 kg increments, except for 13 and 31 kg). The kit also includes a 6mm Allen key and a 30mm box wrench.

The weight adjustment system involves opening the kettlebell with an Allen screw and inserting the discs onto a central threaded steel shaft. A 30mm nut, which can also be tightened manually on the shaft, ensures the correct fastening of the discs, preventing any movement during use.
