Power Big Tubing Kit – Big Tubing finds application in many contexts, from functional fitness to athletic preparation. Resistance running is undoubtedly the most well-known exercise, even if these elastics are suitable for many other applications.
The elastics are available in two different resistances: Power and Easy. They can be purchased separately or within one of the two kits available.

The Easy version, with medium-low resistance, allows you to use the elastic in excellent safety, even with older adults, and to perform different exercises, such as running sideways, running backward, four-legged, jumping, or climbing on raised floors. Using two or three Easy Big Tubing simultaneously, it is possible to achieve more excellent resistance. Any coach who decides to have three or four Easy Big Tubing can benefit from elastic bands useful for different training needs.
By using at the same time two or three Easy Big Tubing elastics it is possible to reach an elevated resistance. An additional supply of Big Tubing elastics (both Power and Easy ones) allows the user to obtain a range of elastics suitable for every training need.

The Power Big Tubing, with more resistance than the Easy model, is useful in all those contexts in which you work with athletes in the context of specific exercises of resistance running or strengthening. It is also possible to use two or three elastic bands at the same time according to your specific training requirements. The training demands, determined by the contexts of use, can be extremely diverse. Perfect to offer a comprehensive workout for athletes who train barefoot on a floor with little grip, and athletes who train with cleated shoes on the ground.

Big Tubing and functional training
We have described the concept of functional training equipment through this summary: equipment dedicated to global training where we do not sectorize movements, isolating the muscles responsible for them, but train motor skills as a whole. Everyday life requires global movements and even more so an athlete’s action requires global skills.
For this reason, functional training equipment is designed to stimulate the neuromuscular-skeletal-articular system, the fulcrum of movement, and has joint mobility and complex movement culture as a prerequisite for its full and correct use. Functional training is indispensable if one wishes to improve the efficiency and health of the human body.
Big Tubing elastics fit perfectly into this global training framework and for this reason they represent ideal tools for functional training and athletic preparation: strength exercises and, depending on the resistance of the elastic band, specific strength, with particular reference to coordination, understood as the ability of the central nervous system to organize motor gestures in a performant manner.
Going into specifics, Big Tubing is very useful for exercises performed on the transverse plane of motion and exercises that require high pelvic activation. Exercises that are often complicated to learn but find in the possibility of managing the resistance of the elastic a facilitating factor precisely at the level of learning and customizing the work. Other applications
Big Tubing also lends itself to aerobic resistance training with a wide range of solutions. As already mentioned, especially in the Easy version, the elastic band can be used for very different exercises: frontal, lateral, backward restrained running, on all fours, for leaps or jumps (mono- or bipodal), or climbs on elevated planes. It can also be combined with the use of a ball (soccer, basketball, volleyball or medicine ball) or included in complex exercises involving the simulation of specific gestures belonging to certain disciplines.
Not to be underestimated, again in terms of training, is the fact that the rubber band obviously offers resistance even during the return phase (springback), which implies a high control of the movement according to a dynamic and load variation, which only the rubber band can reproduce.
