This is a specific functional rehab program. Starting by doing a postural and physical evaluation of the person, this functional training system makes it possible to recover the functionality of the body after injuries and postural imbalances working on joint mobility exercises, balance and stabilization exercises, core control exercises and basic strength exercises.
This is a bodyweight training system that is developed on the ground, it is based on joint mobility exercises and core control exercises that mix with each other’s and form fluid sequences. Starting by doing a postural and physical evaluation of the subject you can then build a specific training program for every kind of goal. This training system is ideal to have a better posture or to build strong basis of strength, velocity, power and mixed resistance.
