Among others: Trapizex, Flyo, Training Ladder, basic Flying exercises, Barbell Lever, Plyo Board, Dips Bar, Pull Up Bar, and Ball trampoline. The same concepts can also be applied to basic free body training (Joint Mobility and Calisthenics). You also learn to set up exercises and training sessions based explicitly on the needs and levels of both single or group training.
