The design of the 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium was driven by a precise objective: to create a compact wall-mounted station that is also genuinely complete, practical and ready to use. Not simply a cable station, nor a conventional wall rack that may be foldable but requires time-consuming opening and configuration procedures, but a single integrated station that is ready for training.
The structure is based on a rack featuring natural-finish stainless steel uprights, a distinctive solution of the Sidea All-in-One Premium range. In areas subject to sliding and greater wear, unpainted stainless steel ensures resistance, durability and lasting aesthetic quality.
Two 90 kg weight stacks are integrated into the structure, arranged horizontally to keep the rack as shallow as possible. The weight stacks provide resistance to a smooth and fluid cable system featuring a particularly wide range of technical solutions.
The cable station features two arms equipped with handles, which can be quickly adjusted in both height and width and folded back towards the structure.
At the bottom, a double low pulley with footrest bar is fitted, together with a mechanical selector that allows the load ratio to be set to either 1:1 or 1:2.
In addition to the training possibilities offered by the cable station, which is ideal for complementary, isolation and finishing exercises, the 9086 also incorporates the features of a true rack, essential for fundamental and compound exercises. Every component has been developed around the three principles at the heart of the project: compactness, completeness and ease of use.
At the top, a pair of reclining and removable pull-up bars is fitted. The bars can be folded away when not in use or positioned parallel on the safety spotters, transforming the rack into a dip station for parallel-bar exercises.
A particularly distinctive function is provided by the safety spotters, which are as long as 49 cm.
Although they retain their conventional name, on the 9086 they are primarily used as adjustable barbell starting supports rather than simply as devices designed to catch the barbell in the event of exercise failure. Their length allows the barbell to be supported and slid into the most suitable starting position. This gives the athlete sufficient space to position themselves correctly under the barbell, both for squats and for bench-pressing exercises.
This solution makes it possible to keep the rack extremely compact and shallow without sacrificing the use of an Olympic barbell.
The 9086 therefore combines a particularly complete cable station with a true rack, suitable for exercises using a free barbell, bodyweight or a bench: a highly functional configuration for strength and conditioning.
The 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack is completed by the Multi-position Pad, a padded support measuring 400 × 290 mm, adjustable in height and inclination and quickly attachable to one of the structure’s uprights.
Dimensions: 810 × 505 × H 405 mm – 400 × 290 mm (seat), 505 mm (leg rollers).
Weight: 14 kg.
Depending on the selected configuration, the pad can be used as a seat or as a stable and comfortable support for the torso and back during exercises performed in a seated or standing position.
The integrated leg rollers provide stability and control during cable pulling exercises, keeping the user correctly positioned throughout the movement. The rollers can be quickly removed without tools, leaving the entire padded surface free for supporting the torso or back.
Compact, versatile and easy to configure, the Multi-position Pad significantly expands the cable station’s range of applications while improving comfort, stability and execution quality during training.

FAQ – 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium
What is the Sidea 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium?
The Sidea 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium is a professional multifunctional wall-mounted training station that integrates a barbell rack and a cable station with two 90 kg weight stacks into a single compact structure. The equipment also includes safety spotters, pull-up bars that can be converted into parallel bars, and a double low pulley. It is therefore not simply a wall rack, but a complete training station for barbell, cable and bodyweight exercises.
What is the difference between the Sidea 9086 and a standard wall rack?
A standard wall rack primarily provides the supports required for barbell training and, when foldable, requires specific opening, closing and configuration procedures. The 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium also integrates two weight stacks, adjustable cable arms, low pulleys, pull-up handles and dip handles. All the main training modalities are concentrated in a shallow structure that can be configured quickly.
What types of training can be performed with the 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium?
The 9086 allows fundamental barbell exercises to be combined with complementary cable exercises and bodyweight movements. Users can perform squats, bench presses and other compound exercises, as well as pull-ups, dips, pulls, presses and isolation exercises. This configuration makes the station suitable for strength training, functional training, bodybuilding and athletic performance training programmes.
How much space does the 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium occupy?
The 9086 measures 1,325 mm in width, 510 mm in depth and 2,170 mm in height, with a total weight of 355.5 kg. The 510 mm depth refers to the footprint of the structure and is one of the defining features of the design. Installation must also take into account the operating area required for opening the arms, using the barbell and positioning a bench, if applicable. The dedicated TECHNICAL SHEET and WORKING AREA documents should therefore be consulted.
How does the integrated cable station work on the Sidea 9086?
The cable station uses two 90 kg weight stacks integrated into the structure and arranged to minimise the overall depth of the rack. The system allows users to perform unilateral and bilateral exercises using adjustable arms and a double low pulley. The configuration provides different cable trajectories and makes it possible to train the upper body, lower body and trunk comprehensively.
How are the cable station arms adjusted?
The two arms of the 9086 can be quickly adjusted in both height and width. This dual adjustment allows the cable starting point to be changed and the trajectory adapted to the characteristics of the exercise and the user. When not in use, the arms can be folded back towards the structure to reduce the station’s footprint.
What is the purpose of the 1:1 and 1:2 load-ratio selector?
The mechanical selector allows the relationship between cable travel and the resistance perceived by the user to be changed. The 1:1 ratio provides a more direct transmission of the load, while the 1:2 ratio increases the available cable travel and proportionally reduces the resistance felt at the handle. The 9086 can therefore be configured for strength exercises with higher loads or for movements requiring greater range of motion and controlled, progressive resistance.
What is the purpose of the double low pulley with footrest bar?
The double low pulley expands the possibilities for performing low pulls, lower-body exercises and pulling movements with either a single or double grip. The footrest bar provides a stable point of resistance, particularly useful for horizontal pulls and seated exercises. The system complements the possibilities offered by the two adjustable cable station arms.
What is the purpose of the 50 cm safety spotters on the 9086?
On the 9086, the safety spotters retain their conventional technical name but are primarily used as adjustable starting supports for the barbell. Their 50 cm length allows the barbell to be positioned at the height and distance required for the athlete to correctly position themselves under the bar. This solution makes it possible to perform squats and bench exercises while keeping the rack extremely shallow.
Can the 9086 be used with an Olympic barbell and a bench?
Yes. The 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium is designed to allow the use of an Olympic barbell for both standing exercises, such as squats, and bench-press exercises. Correct installation must provide sufficient operating space for the barbell, loading and unloading weight plates, the bench and the user’s movements.
How are the pull-up bars and dip station used?
At the top of the 9086 there is a pair of reclining and removable pull-up bars. When not in use, they can be folded away to reduce the footprint. Alternatively, they can be positioned parallel to one another on the safety spotters to configure a dip station. The same components can therefore be used for both pull-ups and parallel-bar dips.
Why does the 9086 use natural-finish stainless steel uprights?
Natural-finish stainless steel is used in the areas most exposed to adjustment, sliding and repeated contact. The absence of paint prevents surface wear from causing scratches or coating detachment over time. This is a distinctive feature of the Sidea All-in-One Premium range, selected to combine mechanical resistance, durability and aesthetic quality.
What environments is the 9086 All-in-One Wall Rack Premium suitable for?
The 9086 is designed for gyms, personal training studios and professional home gyms that require a complete training station while having limited available depth. The combination of rack, cable station and bodyweight training stations allows numerous functions to be concentrated in a single area. It is particularly suitable where compactness, exercise variety and quick usability are key requirements.
