SWEDISH WALL BARS
Classic sturdy wall bar. Designed to facilitate the execution of training and rehab exercises. The highest pegs are finished with a standard two pegs solution that distinguishes the traditional shape. The oval pegs, 26-38mm diameter, are standard. The quality of the hardwood guarantees the sturdiness; European beech wood, oven-dried and varnished. The fine woods used to manufacture the Swedish Wall Bars, along with its streamlined silhouette, present a high-quality piece of furniture that blends with your home interior. Wall bars are ideal for multi-functional workouts. Working out on the Swedish Wall Bars helps strengthen your core, back muscles and proves to be effective for treating back pain. The top rungs are perfect for chin-up and pull-up exercises. Its 13 pegs offer you numerous grip possibilities for stretching and bodyweight exercises—the approximate distance between pegs is ˜14 cm.
Dowels for wall mounting are not included. Dowels are specific to the fixing choices and the type of wall.

Assembly Tips:
The wall bar must be fixed on a wall that can sustain its load (for example it’s not possible to install it on a cardboard wall, unless this has been properly reinforced by specialized technicians).
It is necessary that the wall bar be laying on the ground floor on the bottom part: the Fixing parts for the wall act as an anti-tip support, and are not designed to sustain the entire load of the wall bar.
WALL MOUNTING:
For the mounting, it is always necessary to rely on a professional technician who assesses the type of wall, its thickness, and its specific state. A general indication for a reinforced concrete wall is to use nr. 4 dowels with an M8 screw. These fixing plugs are not supplied by Sidea.
