9080/4 All-in-One Monolift are an accessory to the All-In-One Rack.

Hooks with Self-Spotting, a mechanism developed to eliminate the need for a walk-out during squats, improving both effectiveness and safety, allowing for greater focus on the proper execution of the lift. This feature allows you to start the lift directly from the correct position, optimizing the initial phase of the exercise.

Since it is adjustable, it can also be used effectively during bench presses: after lifting the bar, the system automatically retracts, creating the necessary space to complete the set without obstacles, while minimizing the strain on deltoids and shoulders.
