GYM HAMMER
The Hammer is an extremely suitable tool for the athletic preparation of many disciplines, and also for the increase of physical qualities devoted to performance. These tools are specially designed for training thanks to their grip and length. Athletes can improve strength, power, speed, coordination, and reactivity using the Gym Hammer. It is a tool that has the property of amplifying the frequencies of neuromuscular impulses and increase the speed of activation of the fibers and the power of swings and rotational movements. Other benefits undoubtedly concern the strengthening of the grip, requiring mandatory connections between the hand/wrist and elbow muscle groups and the entire scapulohumeral-humeral thoracic track. Gym Hammers also enhance the improvement of the perception and stability of the core. In ballistic workouts, the use of the Hammer allows the track-scapular fulcrum to be mobile but, at the same time, stable on the various planes of movement.
The exercises and workouts that can be performed with this tool can vary from dynamic or isometric work to multi-plane ballistic workouts, in addition to load transfer without deceleration.
Compared to the Si-Clubs, the Gym Hammer has an off-center mass, and it is farther away from the grip point (the rod reaches the length of 100cm, while the Si-Club does not exceed 70cm).
Compared to the Si-MaceBell, Gym Hammers have a knurled rod with a larger diameter.
